Experts Dawn Laney, MS, CGC, CCRC, and Damara Ortiz, MD, discuss important clinical considerations for women with this lysosomal storage disorder in this 60-minute interactive live webcast. Gender-specific differences in the clinical presentation and diagnostic work-up for FD, current and emerging therapies in the management of FD, and the importance of elevating women in FD research are key points addressed in this activity.
